When is she supposed to be sleeping? Your quick reference of sample schedule by age

Schedules are important for babies and parents. Having a schedule gives you a sense of structure and predictability that, ultimately, gives you more freedom. Once you've got your child in a rhythm, things get easier but even if you know how much your child should be sleeping, how do you know when? Here are some sample schedules for ages 6 months- 5 years old. Not all babies need the same exact amount of sleep and, obviously, the schedules will be different for a 1 year old who wakes at 7 am and naps for 2 hours in the morning vs. a 1 year old who wakes at 6 am and takes a 1 1/4 hour nap in the morning but the general outline is the same.
